Make sure your skin is clean and dry. Roll in an up-and-down-movement starting on the neck going up to the forhead on the one side, then repeat on the other side. You can do horizontal rolling in the eye area. This creates the channels. Then apply 3 pumps of epiEssence Peptides to the areas you just channeled.
Now roll only in the areas that you want plump up like forehead, eye area, lip area, etc. Continue rolling until you feel that the roller is smooth. This indicates that the Hyaluronic acid dissolved. Follow with a Sheet Mask or apply a moisturizer.
